  • The discovery platform you are using
  • Any deadlines or timeframes for completion
• We will assess your request and respond within 24 hours.
• If we can assist, we will:
  • Send you a contract for execution with Firstlight Discovery Limited
  • Manage the assignment and assemble a conflict-free team of qualified lawyers
  • Add the nominated team to your discovery platform
  • Provide 48-hourly progress updates, including review speed, remaining volume, and any queries such as privilege and relevance
  • Render an invoice on completion

Pricing

Our pricing is undertaken on a blended rate basis, meaning you pay a set hourly rate for each lawyer engaged, no matter the level of seniority. The pricing we offer is extremely competitive in the UK, US, and offshore markets.

The pricing package we are able to offer is project-dependent, taking into account factors such as the size of the discovery, the deadlines involved, urgency, and the tasks sought to be undertaken.

Who are we?

The idea behind Firstlight Discovery came from senior New Zealand litigators, who have extensive experience managing large-scale discovery projects across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
